Coke Zero Sweater Generator Official Rules
1. Eligibility
Coke Zero Sweater Generator (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Sponsor
The Coca‑Cola Company, One Coca‑Cola Plaza, Atlanta, GA 30313. Administrator: ePrize, Inc., One ePrize Drive, Pleasant Ridge, MI 48069.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in this Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest.
Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Timing
The Contest begins on November 15, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 1, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period"). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Contest.
5. How to Enter
During the Contest Period, visit www.sweatergenerator.com and follow the links and instructions to create a "tacky sweater" design using the provided design elements (the "Design"). Then, complete and submit the registration form, including providing a valid email address.
Limit: Each entrant may create 10 Designs per day during the Contest Period.
6. Winner Determination
During the Contest Period, the Designs will be posted in an online gallery at cokezero.com/sweatergenerator.
Persons who meet the eligibility criteria as set forth in Section 1 may register by providing a valid email address, or by logging into their Facebook or Twitter account (collectively, "Account") and vote for the Design(s) that they believe have the most public appeal. Limit: Each person may vote for each Design 1 time per day during the Contest Period. Multiple votes received from any person, email address, or Account in excess of the stated number will be void.
At the conclusion of the Contest Period, the 100 entrants whose Design received the greatest number of valid votes will be deemed the potential winners. In the event of a tie, the Design that received votes from the largest number of unique voters will be deemed the potential winner. In the event that a tie still exists after the tie-breaker is enforced, the entrant who submitted his/her Design earlier during the Contest Period will be deemed the potential winner. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner should the voting appear to have been tampered with, or manipulated in any way. Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than 100 winners, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Designs.
7. Winner Requirements
The potential winners will be notified by email on or around December 2, 2013 and will be required to respond within 4 days with the requested contact and mailing information or forfeit the applicable prize.
8. Prizes
100 GRAND PRIZES: Each winner will receive a manufactured version of his/her Design. Approximate Retail Value: $100.
For All Prizes: No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value. Each winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
Limit: 1 prize per person/household.
